No, win-x64 is not present.
@richard-aubin hmmm, could you please share a screenshot of the folder containing SwarmSyncWin.gha, and the contents of "lib" folder. I suspect the installer is not working properly.

Thanks Richard for sharing the screenshots, it looks fine, but I believe some dependency may be missing based on your windows version. I am planning to upgrade this plugin to Rhino 8 . would that be ok for you? If yes, shortly will share a with you the new package
Unfortunately, I'm on windows 7 till later next year. I guess I will try your plugin again at that time.
I meant Rhino 7, not Windows 7.
