Hi there, please check if you see the following path exist under installation directory
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries\SwarmSync\lib\win-x64\native

@richard-aubin hmmm, could you please share a screenshot of the folder containing SwarmSyncWin.gha, and the contents of "lib" folder. I suspect the installer is not working properly.
