Thanks a lot for your reply. Find below the requested info.

 Rhino Version: Rhino 8

 Grasshopper Version: Grasshopper version Build 1.0.0008

 Operating System: Windows 10 pro version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

 Git Version: 2.42.0.windows.2

 Error Details: I do not see more error detail then I already shared, but I don't know where I could find more.

 Environment Variables: I do not have set any specific environmental variable related to git or Libgit2sharp. I never installed ligbit2harp actively that is not necessary right? It included in de swamsync right?

 Oher plugins: work with are honey bee energy, ladybug, and ttoolbox but I not sure if they can conflict with SwarmSync

 A colleague just tried to make SwarmSync work and he run into the same problem. Also with rhino 8 (evaluation version in this case)

thanks for your reply, would it be possible for you to run the Rhino 8 on .Net FrameWork instead of .Net Core. you can see how to in this link.

if that solves your issue we will take care of this matter in the next update to make sure swarmsync works on .NetCore as well.

@para That worked, great!, stil have to see how it exactly works. I wasn't able to click for a private repository. But a repo was created on my github. So thanks a lot for helping out.
